自称“乡村CEO”的他，法律专业毕业后跨界从事城市更新工作，后来他来到中山，成家立业，并与工作团队扎根中山乡村。2023年，他带领团队响应“百千万工程”号召，与中山市大涌镇安堂村“一拍即合”，制定产业发展规划，为乡村升级焕新注入动力，带来乡村振兴新成效。跟着记者，一起了解这位从深圳到中山做乡村改造的“90后”青年——张志彬。

Claiming to be a "Rural CEO", he went to cross the border to engage in urban renewal after graduating in law. Later, he came to Zhongshan, settled down, and took root in the Zhongshan countryside with the work team. In 2023, he led his team to respond to the call of the "High-quality Development Project for Guangdong Counties, Towns and Villages". They hit it off with Antang Village in Dachong Town, Zhongshan City, developed an industrial development plan, injected momentum into rural upgrading and renewal, and achieved new results in rural vitalization.
